Pizzicato (pit-si-'kä-o): a note or passage played by plucking strings.

When our kids "pluck" a song on their violins, it's the same melody but 
in a "lighter" version of the song. Just like our cozy lower level suite!

Due to demand, we are only offering Whole House rentals at this time. Whole House comprises both DC al Fine & Pizzicato.

  • Note: Because this lower level unit is naturally cooler, we condition the summer air with a dehumidifier instead of a central a/c unit. This works amazingly well! Even on the hottest of summer days.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancel by time balance is due. If cancel 23-29 days prior fee 25%. If cancel less than 23 days prior no refund.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years

Full refund, less $300, if cancel by time balance is due which is 60 days prior to your stay. If cancel 53-59 days prior fee $300 plus 25% of total fee (less security deposit). If cancel less than 53 days prior no refund.
