Favorite Movie: The 2016 Presidential election. Not exactly a movie, but the whole drama was like a white knuckle thriller.
Favorite Music: New Age instrumental or acoustic guitar in the early morning. Podcasts when doing chores around the house. Classical while working. Jazz, big band , Paris Cafe and traditional Italian music in the evening.
Favorite Food: Latest obsession: Avocado Hummus & Tomato toast.
Favorite Memory of 2016: Biking in Manhattan with Mark and Erik. Sunset picnic with Mark in Central Park overlooking Belvedere Castle.
New in 2016: Shingles....rocked my world. In bed for a couple months. Blech. Still dealing with the fallout. Get the shot.
Random: I did a seven day water fast in December in hopes of minimizing lingering shingles symptoms. It helped in more ways than I expected.
